Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. Dr Parikh was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain all the procedures and planning with my husband and I in person, and always responded to my emails. Going through IVF and finding an egg donor is so emotional and difficult, but I felt very looked after by Jaya and the great time at The Lister.
