My first experience with a private hospital and it was perfect. All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

Friendly staff, great care, highly recommend

Miscommunication by the receptionist who had booked me for an emergency appointment, that is not what I needed a normal check up appointment would have been fine. Dentist saw me for 5 minutes only and no X-ray was taken. Beyond disappointed and won’t be returning again.

Lovely hospital, very clean, very professional and all staff exceptional. Great surgeon. Would highly recommend.

Efficient and professional

First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.

Friendly environment and efficient with booking of tests and examinations. Friendly staff and clean safe space.
