Very professional and made to feel at ease

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.
