Overall very positive experience, given I was there for major surgery (ELCS). Attentive and thoughtful staff. Good food, comfortable sleeping arrangement for husband, room could have been a bit bigger/ better laid out.

Good location in London.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

I really appreciate Dr Hargrave attention to detail by examining my feet and then confirming all the key information around surgery and recovery times etc. Thank you so much.

The practice was very efficient, everything ran on time and it was very clean. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
