Very friendly staff

Amazing staff and very clean waiting rooms for surgery. Overall experience was second to none. Will be a returning patient if ever necessary.

I have been a patient at Southfields Dental Care for many years. I no longer live in London but I make the journey from the north of Scotland as I have full confidence in the practice. They are competent, courteous and kind.

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

The whole team was beyond expectation. Thanks Anastasia for your positive energy,, support and friendliness. Dr Johnson and her entourage made this difficult time reassuring and very professional.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Facilities are good and as expected - would reccomend
