Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

i arrived early due to problems on the british rail, on arrival i was told they would try to get me in early. while i was waiting i was offered refreshments.

The practice is accommodating the requests and they also do their best to meet the needs of the patient. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.
