Dr Chammas has helped me dramatically improve the control of my diabetes.

I was very keen to see Dr Jenkins after experiencing a period of illness and fatigue that no other doctors were seemingly able to help me any further with. On top of my thyroid condition, I have had had chronic fatigue that wasn’t improving with medication. Dr Jenkins took the time to listen to my full medical history, asking me questions others had not and clearly trying to get to the root of the problem. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel heard and understood. I’ve spent years feeling as though there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation and that I was at times imagining how bad it was due to feedback I was getting. His thorough testing uncovered the cause of the chronic fatigue and we were able to treat it. I am in a far better state of health than I ever have been and feel ‘normal’ in a way I haven’t for many many years. Very grateful to have found Dr Jenkins. His team has also been incredibly helpful and I’m very grateful to Dr Jenkins and his team for everything.

Dr Ray was very good when we went to see her and listened to what we had to say. She recommended some tests and gave my daughter some medication. But post appointment trying to get hold of her has proved difficult and trying to find out test results has been hard, so we are no further forward than we were before our appointment.

I was referred to Dr Glynne for complex and confusing medical issues. He was the only doctor I have come across who could see the ‘bigger picture’ & connect all the dots to explain and explore my medical issues. He has a lovely calm manner and seems to genuinely care. He explains things clearly and is ready to go explore all avenues to find the cause of your problems. I feel more doctors should be trained by him!

Dr Singh provided a thorough analysis and helpful and detailed explanation of the diagnosis.

I cannot recommend Professor Lobo enough from the initial meeting to ongoing support it is first class. Simple explanations that I understand and extremely thorough testing after years of lots of unexplained symptoms he was finally able to give me a diagnosis…thank you for all you’ve done and still do for me.

I went to see Dr Fidler to gain some clarity on some reflux and digestive issues I have had. During my first consultation, Dr Fidler was patient and kind, and listened well to my concerns. Dr Fidler laid out a clear plan of action. When I had my procedure of an upper GI endoscopy, Dr Fidler explained the procedure clearly and gave me time to ask questions. Dr Fidler made me feel at ease and I felt confident in her. After the procedure Dr Fidler came to check on me and explained the following steps. During the post procedure consultation Dr Fidler gave me time and listened well. She clearly explained the findings and my options moving forward. I found Dr Fidler to be empathetic, proactive, honest and helpful in advising me on how I can move forward with my health and manage my condition. I found communication with Dr Fidler easy and found her secretary Shereen to be very kind and helpful in our communications. I would highly recommend Dr Fidler and would be happy to seek out her expertise again should I need to.
