He was very kind and polite and spoke directly to my daughter who was having the procedure and asked her questions and wanted to know if she had any questions for him. He certainly made her feel part of everything happening and making it all feel calm from consultation, to surgery day and follow ups after. I went to see Miss Di Marco for an enlarged overactive thyroid. Miss Di Marco took the time out to listen to my situation and after our discussion I had every confident that I was in good hands.
