Visiting on behalf of my young daughter, Dr Jonas was took the time to speak to her directly and ensure she felt comfortable and relaxed which was really important for an apprehensive 6yr old. He took the time to listen and explain everything and ensured we understood everything discussed and happy before left. All the staff were attentive, friendly and so very helpful.

She gave me lots of time and I felt listened to. Her knowledge and experience made me feel in very safe and experienced hands which felt very reassuring.

Wonderful experience. I wanted a subtle rhinoplasty and he really delivered. The results are perfect and in keeping with my face but still make a big difference.

I know Mr Gibbins for a while now, but not as a patient, until yesterday when I have had my initial consultation. After a series of heavy nose bleeding and lots of worries which came with these episodes, I have contacted his secretary, Sharon, who managed to book me in in a couple of minutes. The lever of professionalism offered by his secretary was second to none and the high expectations I had were more than exceeded. Mr Gibbins answered all my questions very clear, had a warm approach towards my problem and offered a reassurance and a treatment plan during the appointment - professional and very on point. His level of expertise and accuracy, made me feel very comfortable and washed away all my worries. I would personally recommend him to any person who is struggling with any ENT problem. A fantastic experience from start to finish. From helping me understand the medical issues around my breathing to the cosmetic adjustments I opted in to Mr Supriya was great.

The doctor was very friendly and efficient. It was difficult to find the place though.
