Mr Bull inspires confidence. He explained the issues and options clearly and like a human being! I felt listened to and able to ask questions. I haven’t yet had the procedure he advised but I believe it is the right course of action at this stage.

He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard.
