HCA Hospital is always my preferred London clinic, as logistics are always smooth, as well as doctors and staff exceptional at their roles

All staff couldn’t have been kinder and so helpful to my needs.

Clean and helpful

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.

Very professional, efficient & personable

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.
