Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. Exceptional experience. I have feared dentists all my life after a very unpleasant experience as a child, but Dr Feran couldn’t have been any more reassuring, patient and thorough. Nowhere to park, not the friendliest of welcomes, left waiting in reception - was worried I was on the wrong floor but sign said to wait - luckily was waiting in the right place.
