Takes my opinion into account, feel really listened to. It was scary seeking professional help due to hearing so many negative experiences from others, but I felt like I had autonomy and my opinion was valued and trusted. That is not always the case with medical professionals. Went above and beyond with my best interests at heart, doing whatever he can to ensure I can access the care I need, what is right for me. Has changed my life for the better.

Dr Emily Hale has been fantastic in helping me to improve my mental health and sense of self through psychotherapy. The environment she creates is one free from judgement which allows me to be myself and express any issues that are bothering me. She is superb!
