Pleasant and clean surrounding.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

Excellent - clean and friendly

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.

My elderly mother was admitted and had a surgical procedure. The level of care and treatment from all has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, professional and caring from the porters up to the consultant.

Spire London East is east to get to, easy to park, everyone was friendly and a nice calm environment all round. Great experience.
