I went to 25 Harley Street for a gynaecology check up. Super Location, easy to reach, nice staff, fantastic doctor

The place is clean, good location and easy to find address; the staff is punctual.

The booking process through HCA was efficient and the clinic was very clean, profession staff and modern equipment.

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!
