Staff have all been so friendly and supportive

Very prompt replies from the staff. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The overall experience is excellent.

As always, I found all staff, doctors and assistants to be in the most relaxed and cheerful mode. The atmosphere at the Rmh is always, my opinion, wonderful.

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel.
