I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.

I was first introduced to Gabs as an Osteopath by my former PT, as my existing Osteopath had moved outside of London. I found Gabs to be an excellent Osteopath, and so when he told me he also did Personal Training, I jumped at the chance to train with him. I now think having both osteopathy and PT with the same person is an amazing privilege. I love training with someone who understands the quirks of body. I feel that through a combination of training and therapies we are working to undo years of bad posture and bad technique… while still seeing visible physical results in my body.
