First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

The facilities were clean, the layout of the rooms was organised and the staff were all pleasant, very helpful and professional.

This was an online session. Matt was very careful to check the form and level of the exercises to suit and stretch me. We discussed getting the balance right so as to be achievable and not off-putting. We have come a long way but this is still a journey
