Excellent expert physio facilities in Canary Wharf - I've been using Pure Sports and specifically Adam Goode for about 7-8 years for a few different injuries and also rehabilitation after a serious cancer surgery in 2017. Adam has been brilliant - super personable and has a holistic approach to physio which I really needed given the nature of some of my requirements post surgery. As part of my treatment I also saw their medical director on Adam's request to make sure I wasn't prone to cycles of inflammation. Wouldn't use anyone else - even though I don't live near Canary Wharf or work there currently I still use Canary Wharf Pure Sports Medicine and Adam.

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

I was treated professionally and courteously by everyone I dealt with. If there were delays with appointments these were explained to me.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.
