I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.
