Initial customer service was great, but when we had an issue with booking, 3 phone calls later with promises of returned calls failed adding unnecessary stress to an unpleasant situation.

Everything went smoothly - from pre-appointment registration to ultrasound and check up on the day.

A very welcoming clinic.

Very organised and efficient. Great communication leading up to the appointment.

Limited parking which can be a challenge when you have a child with you. Did not have soya allergy test available.
