Mr Jay Ahmed was excellent in his manner and approach to diagnosing the issues I have. He explained everything very well and was very gentle during the endoscopy. The follow up explanation and information was completed comprehensively.

I was referred for a tonsil lump. Mr Jain explained the different options clearly. Mr Jain was very pleasant, thorough, reassuring and dealt promptly with the issue.
