Good with parking, timing

Priory's organisation seemed to be very good. The initial screening call seemed abrupt at the time and very clinical, but the staff member seemed knowledgeable and matched me with a great clinician. I had Kira as my clinician - from the very first session she created a very safe, welcoming space, explained very clearly the path forward we would take and maintained very clear communication throughout all my sessions. I had never tried or even heard of EMDR and she explained it in a way that was very easy to understand and also the reason behind each of the steps and actions. She was very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that the priority was my health above all.

The staff were friendly and the building was clean and tidy, plenty of seating and a killer hot chocolate in free vending machine.

The hospital staff are excellent - very caring and supporting. I almost 'enjoyed' my time there!
