My first experience with a private hospital and it was perfect. All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

The doctor was caught up in surgery so was running an hour late, due to this I then I had to wait for the mammogram and ultrasound, resulting in a total visit time of 3.5 hours

The Hospital was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a nice, clean space.
