Dr Mirza was great medically and we would not hesitate to see him again. However, we were not acknowledged on arrival at the surgery and kept waiting for ten minutes with no reason offered. I would usually expect to be greeted on arrival and if there is a delay, this being explained and apologised for. This is not the doctor’s fault but I’m not sure how else to feed this back.

Knowledgeable, and having patience to explain and explore my problem. Good person handling skills.
