A courteous and thoughtful man who asked many questions and listened to my comments and discussed his suggested course of treatment. On operation day he was equally concerned and again listened and explained before the operation. After the operation he again attended me and checked my knee and answered all questions. I felt I was in good hands.

This is my first surgical procedure under Mr. NiK Bakti, and I need to await the outcome upon full recovery to more meaningfully feedback on his excellence, but given his profile and him being on Benenden Hospital's medical team , I felt confident to rate him well. The briefing meeting with me prior to surgery could have been a little more reassuring.

On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?
