Professionnel but not the friendliest

I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

I have been to St John & St Elizabeth on multiple occasions & have always been impressed

It was my second time at the clinic and it did not disappoint with its hospitality and helpfulness. The waiting area was very spacious, with refreshments and magazines to keep ourselves hydrated and busy; the toilets were spotless; the staff made everything go swimmingly every step of the way. The GP who consulted me was competent, professional, efficient and open to all the questions I wanted to ask. The only negative remark I have to make is about punctuality – my appointment took place 10-20 minutes later than scheduled.

Nice and clean

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.
