Gus has been helping me to combat sciatica pain in my leg and weakness in my back. He identified the areas of my body that needed strengthening and provided me with a workout programme that’s noticeably increased my strength in these areas. He’s also encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and lift weights that I previously thought impossible for me to tackle! All helping me to gain confidence in improving my strength and fitness.

Excellent treatment plan. Never felt like i was being overly prescribed or set false expectations. Progress has been steady and demonstrable. Chris is very approachable and articulate. André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment. I've tried other physio's in the past and none have been able to help ease the pain. After my course of treatment and self management recommendations, André provided, I've been pain free. André is highly professional and it's clear he truly cares about his patients and ensuring they get the best outcomes. I can't thank Kathryn enough for her exceptional motivation and discipline throughout my recovery from Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS) where she provided a variety of different exercise sets, keeping it challenging and fun for more than a year. When I started, I barely had the balance to walk let alone walk fast or carry anything. We worked on a mix of balance exercises and rebuild every body muscle in my legs, arms, core, back and shoulders. She also encouraged me to focus on improving my nutrition and sleep, which greatly contributed to achieving better results. Without her, I wouldn't have imagined reaching my current state. Her dedication and effectiveness have been instrumental in my progress, and I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of rehabilitation support.

Dr. Mughal was extremely knowledgable and understanding. A good communicator, he really helped me understand the detail of my knee problem. I appreciated his talk-through of the ultrasound scan as it was being done.

I had an excellent experience. Dr Matteo Bernardotto was excellent. I found him to be highly professional and knowledgeable. He also has a great bedside manner. He was able to explain to me what his impressions were after listening to my history, then he did a thorough clinical examination and followed me up with the results. I felt extremely well looked after and informed along the way. I had been to other healthcare providers previously about the same symptoms and did not manage to find any help in reaching a diagnosis up until seeing Dr Bernardotto, so I am very grateful to Dr Bernardotto for his excellent knowledge and clinical skills. I am a GP and have found his work to be really superb. Very well done!
