Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed. Held Health has been excellent in providing an autism assessment and therapy after my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the efficiency and organisation of the admin team so I was never in doubt when it came to when my appointments were. They answered any questions that I had quickly with great care and consideration.

I didn't visit the clinic itself, but the remote experience was perfect. Swift replies containing all the information needed, flexible appointments with little waiting time and very friendly.

The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.
