The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met.
