I always have great care. From reception through to Paul my dentist. who really makes me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment I have had in the pass. Always been at this practice since I was a baby. Would recommend this practice to family and friends.

Efficient service as always but disappointed my NHS dentist has moved to another practice so not able to complete my treatment

I am very disappointed by the standard of care and attention, particularly the standard of the fitting of dental plates right from the start, recently I was told that my gums had shrunk, but the bottom plate did not fit from the very beginning, when adapted it cut into my lower lip and caused an infection and I have not be able to wear it without discomfort even though the dentist tried to adapt it. My upper set has parts of the plate with sharp or pointed edges which creates great difficulty and pain when eating. The right side of this plate has a large gap between my plate and gum where my little finger can fit, when I try to chew this causes get pain and embarrassment when the sandwich or other food becomes stuck there, or even pulls my plate out, I wear a gel to keep them located even that struggles to cope with them.

Te dentist was very gentle and understanding. The nurse was lovely and the receptionist very friendly. My experience was as pleasant as they could make it

Great surgery

Excellent service only waited 10 minutes in waiting room before I was seen, engagement with dentist & nurse was very good, overall a very good experience.

Considering how complicated this extraction was, it was fairly painless. Probably the best dentist I've seen in a long time.

My appointment was booked over the phone for 9.45am 3/2/23 as the practice had called me to say my impressions were back , turned up to find no appointment had been put in the dentists diary , when asked how that could happen the receptionist was so rude and her attitude towards me was appalling and she came across with that attitude I heard when dealing with everyone whilst I was waiting In reception for it to be resolved that she just didn’t want to be there and an appalling employee for your company , she refused to give her name when asked hence this complaint
