Dentist Katerina was very professional

Returning as an emergency NHS patient and the treatment is awful, not just for myself but every appointment seems to be running late. I was here when the practice opened in the morning at 8am and 2and a half hours later still have not been seen.

Sadly not impressed at all, the reception staff were lovely and professional, the waiting time of 2and a half hours for an emergency appointment was ridiculous and then they forgot to sign the prescription for the medication so had to return to the practice to get it signed, I don't drive so it ment doing a round trip of an hour twice, definitely could do with a proper emergency clinic for patients and rather than focusing on taking the money before an appointment and of course they don't take new NHS patients as that doesn't make them rich.

I waited almost two hours in waiting room for a routine appointment that I had booked months ago. 40+people came and went in the time I was waiting with my toddler

I was the worst nervous patient but I feel really relaxed here minty is amazing and tells me what's doing on each step of any treatment. And he and rest of staff are really friendly

The Dentist was very late to my appointment as he was apparently stuck on the M25. Although when I did a Google map after being told this there were no hold ups on the M25. I had travelled 80 miles to get to the appointment and I was 15 minutes early so I have no idea how a Dentist who knew his start time arrived so late. The Dentist offered no apology for his delay when I was finally called in! He mentioned I may have a potentially serious condition with very little explanation at the end of my appointment. I had to probe many times to understand and gain more detail about this. The Receptionists were all very competent and did their roles well.
