Top level service across the board

I had an excellent experience with London Bridge Orthopedics. The quality of care and advice which I received were both excellent and all clinicians provided the best and most empathetic service I’ve received.

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

My experience at the hospital was good, the commute to the hospital was easy, the staff were nice to me and provided helpful explanations.

Excellent - clean and friendly

Superb facility. Excellent care. Fantastic staff. Everyone from Dr. Archbold to the nursing and front of house teams were amazing.

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!
