A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.

Dr. Sweta Rai was extremely unprofessional. She was more than 15minutes late, then rushed my appointment. She didn’t take the time to explain anything, used opaque terminology, threw in a possible cancer diagnosis and then unceremoniously escorted me out of the consultation room and told me to book a follow up appointment to discuss anything else. I will not be returning.

Put me at ease and dealt with the procedure in a most professional manner, explaining every stage as she went along.

I first met Atheer following a long period of time being very upset about problems with a couple of back teeth. Two long experienced Orthodontists had given a depressing prognosis. I was then introduced to Atheer at the Abbey Dental Practice. He disagreed with the diagnosis and talked about the opportunities for fixing the problem - rather than the issues! I felt like I was walking on air when I left the room. I had the teeth replaced with 2 implants. I am a very nervous patient but the whole experience was great, and the results are perfect. Atheer is a very kind, clever and skilful surgeon. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Masha has always been engaging, professional and meticulous in his service delivery. I have visited him for treatment on four occasions since 2018…most recently this year and his standards have never wavered. He is highly skilled and takes care to make sure you understand everything and have a positive experience. I would never consider going anywhere else.

Dr Sega-Hall has been amazing. Despite having a very complex clinical schedule during COVID 19 she made time to speak to me over the phone and arrange a biopsy at short notice.
