Mr Murthy was very accommodating and friendly, he made me feel at ease. Mr Murthy could see immediately my shoulder was out and sent me for an X Ray to confirm his suspicions he checked his schedule and managed to fit me in with in a week to do a reverse shoulder replacement as I thought I would be waiting a long time I was very pleased.

He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS. I have had an excellent outcome and I am very pleased.
