All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Dr Farooque is an excellent doctor and is clearly an expert in her field. She is helping me to combat my hayfever allergies and I have high hopes that her treatment plan will improve my quality of life.

From the start Professor Malik was professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had leading up to and after the surgery were answered. On the day of surgery Professor Malik met with me to explain the process before I went in. Surgery was a success and the follow up appointment went smoothly. Excellent surgeon.

What a difference, Olympia was exactly as every healthcare professional should be and more! I saw a previous healthcare professional who seemed to have little interest in my urticaria as her only response was it is unknown and I was dismissed. Even though this condition is still not fully understood the cause, Olympia discussed exploring it further to see if it presented anything but also the other options available should it not improve with treatment. Very knowledgeable and efficient

After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.
