Excellent doctor hence why we visit again and again

I was so pleased to see Dr Malaiya as she treated me when I was very ill over five years ago, and she was welcoming and spent time answering my queries, and concerns. she took notes and explained that she was writing to my GP asking if my medication could be reviewed and alternatives could be found as some of the drugs could possibly weaken my bones if taken for too long. I felt confident that I was with an expert.

I had an appointment with Dr. Israel Al-Shakarchi, a consultant rheumatologist, for a follow-up regarding my condition. During the consultation, she thoroughly reviewed my test results with her colleagues and referred me to them. I appreciated that she treated me with empathy and consideration, making me feel validated as an individual rather than just a number. It is reassuring to see a doctor who genuinely cares about her patient's well-being.

I have had private medical care all my life and this is probably the worst experience I have ever had. He runs late, he goes off on tangents, doesn’t concentrate on what he is being asked by the referring doctor but worst of all you are conned into a second appointment to supposedly get the results that he was going to look into and unsurprisingly he has forgotten to do so! He is the most expensive consultant I have ever come across by a long way.

Dr. Malley is very proactive. I am extremely impressed & delighted with my consultation with him. He is very pleasant and helpful. I felt well informed about my condition. He is very cheerful, comforting and reassuring doctor. I am very thankful and appreciate his contribution towards me and for his profession.

Easy to speak to and listened, very thorougher and did not rush you during consultations.

My experience with Dr Hamdulay has been excellent. He took his time to understand my situation and didn’t make me feel like I was asking stupid questions like I had with another specialist. He took the right steps to assess my problem and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Once the test results were in he discussed them with me and made me feel at ease. Good experience!

Dr Arti Mahto was very open and honest about what could help my condition and was willing to listen whilst share her experience and expert opinion on what could improve my wellbeing.

Dr Sanyal was thorough, understanding, knowledgeable and considerate. He is obviously renowned and in demand as each time I've been to see him, I've had to wait over an hour but it was worth it. Thank you.
