Very good overall experience

Helpful, clear on what was required of me,

I am delighted with the experience at Moorfields Private Eye Hospital. The doctor and team were very attentive, efficient and very professional. I will recommended to everyone.

I have no particular comments. The service was good.

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Can't fault the practice in any regard

I had a really positive experience. The whole process seemed effortless and my enquiry was taken seriously from the very beginning of me reaching out to Jaqueline (Personal Assistant)at the Phoenix Hospital Group. I really appreciate Dr Hargrave attention to detail by examining my feet and then confirming all the key information around surgery and recovery times etc. Thank you so much.

The practice was very efficient, everything ran on time and it was very clean. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The team at the clinic is professional and hard working, communication has always been quick and effective to resolve any doubt or problem I had. Thank you!
