Amazing! So great

Every single member of staff that I came into contact with was totally professional but with kindness and respect for me. They eased my anxieties and made my time at your hospital an absolute joy. I’m so grateful for that.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Very friendly helpful staff Rather a long wait on my initial visit and first operation but second operation was very quick Advice given was very clear and helpful

Very well trained and not forgetting the restaurant staff were very nice too.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Spire Bushey Hospital provides excellent patient care. His team were attentive and caring and the possibility to do all diagnostic tests within the building is an added bonus.
