Every one was friendly and respectful

im a bit late in doing this review but i had radiotherapy at genesis Birmingham at the end of Feb and into March this year. it was wonderful having a driver collect me and my husband each day a Sutton Coldfield isn't close to where we live. All the staff we saw on site were friendly, welcoming and supportive. The centre itself whilst being a medical centre doesn't feel very medical so you can forget a little the reason you're there. I highly recommend genesis Birmingham.

Early morning admittance receptionist was a bit spikey but otherwise it was a great experience, shout out to nurse Haille, fab aneathetist and everyone who made me feel better. Well organised, top place 👏

Very efficient and quick

My experience was very good, receptionist was friendly and the hospital bright and clean

Having surgery to have both hips replaced within a 6 month period, I’ve had the best experience on both occasions. Everyone is kind, attentive, friendly and respectful. I couldn’t have asked for better care and service from everyone who looked after me from initial appointment through to discharge post op.
