Erin Lahay is the first physiotherapist who was able to truly help me with my back pain. I came to her with chronic back pain, a history of multiple failed attempts to address it, and very low morale. A few months later, I am almost pain-free. She demonstrated deep care for me as her patient, always coming up with new suggestions and actionable next steps in my treatment. I feel extremely lucky that I found Erin, it is life-changing what she did for me.

Prerna was very knowledgeable and insightful into my condition. She was able to give specific exercises to help, and hints and tips on being able to ease the pain at night
