Me and Jaden met him in 2021 he's very kind and this is my first encounter of this syndrome and he explained it very well and reassured me and told me what to do ,dont panic ,he scheduled jaden appointment and do blood tests,and vaccination.,its really appreciatable and booked appointments ,everytime I see him,he always has smile on his face,snd he ask how is jaden doing thats the great gesture ,that give me confident,now a days it's very unusual to see these kind of people, bless him,thank you for everything, take care.

Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.

Really great experience with Dr. Burmester. She took the time to do a lot of checks for my son, provided lots of advice, very friendly.

Dr Phillip Mayhead has great attitude towards myself and explained to me in detail everything I needed to know about any conditions I may have, he also has very high level professional manners and also great knowledge in his profession. Such a kind and caring man who really took the time to listen and understand the issues my son had been experiencing. Dr Crespi thoroughly explained everything in a way that my son could relate to and gave my son the opportunity to ask questions without feeling misunderstood or rushed. Dr El Rifai was extremely patient with my son during the consultation and took the time to ensure he understood what was happening in an age appropriate way, putting him at ease. She was very detailed and efficient in dealing with his medical problem. Her knowledge and bed side manner is excellent.
