Horrible experience from start to finish - from failure to provide key medical information in my first cycle, to failure to give the financial impact of medical decisions the team wanted to make on my behalf in the second, to constant cash grabs after the fact (e.g., not getting any benefit from the “1 year of free storage” if you have a previous cycle of eggs frozen - even though the samples from 2 cycles are treated as one lot of inventory AFTER the free year that you don’t benefit expires). Do yourself a favor and go any other fertility provider. Facilities at the partner clinics they use are clean and treatments are safe. Kings Fertility which did both my extractions were great.

Excellent nursing care and well looked after.

Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself
