Professional and quick.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

I visited this practice this morning hoping to get an emergency appointment after arriving at 8:30am. I had some pain and sensitivity a couple of weeks after having a filling (the filling was not done at this practice) The staff and dentist could not have been nicer. The nurse called the dentist to explain my issue and the dentist came into the surgery early to see me. They were so helpful and friendly and took time to do an examination and x ray. I would highly recommend both the practice itself and Ebuni the dentist. First class service who went above and beyond.

Always friendly & take great care with dental treatment.. Not relative to dental treatment but wanted to say I found the lights on the walls to bright & not very relaxing otherwise love the makeover...Do miss the warmth of the old waiting room..

Myself & husband met Will over a year ago to help improve our smile and straighten our teeth. We have had the most wonderful experience right from our initial consultation, braces and regular consultations to amend through to the end results. We now both have beautiful smiles. We would highly recommend and both our sons are now entrusted with the care of Dental Beauty too.

My daughter is completely at ease at this dentist. We even travel to London from another city for this dentist - it’s that good!
