No delays or backlog or extended waiting. Plenty of reception staff to service queues which makes a big difference in an efficient service. Clean and plenty of parking. I would have liked to see a better stocked play area for the young children (2 year old) as its very small. Maybe some books, a colouring table with colours and paper etc. Nothing extravagant just enough to keep little minds occupied.

Friendly staff and clean environment

I have only attended appointments online, so cannot comment on the facilities, but the service has been excellent. My Psychiatrist Dr Walsh and my therapist Emily Fletcher have been exceptional and I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you to both of them for their support and encouragement.

Throughout our sessions, I felt truly heard and supported. Dr Mehat used a variety of techniques that were incredibly helpful. I noticed a significant improvement iN managing anxiety, coping with stress, building self-esteem. If you're looking for a psychologist who is not only knowledgeable but also kind and empathetic, I highly recommend Dr. MEHAT Her approach truly helps people move forward and make positive changes in their lives.
