This was a huge and life changing experience for me. I was very surprised by the strictness of the programme. I was on general patient care for 2 days and then changed to ATP. It was tailor made for the individual. The care and level of understanding of the nursing staff has been exemplary. This was in direct comparison to NHS care. There is a a holistic approach to care, all the staff from kitchen to nurses to therapists all knew our name which I found incredible.

The centre felt quite comfortable, although the waiting area a little exposed and not as private as we may have liked, bearing in mind our child was about to go into something quite stressful
