I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. Given this was my first therapy experience, I couldn't have wished for a better person to take me on that journey. Thank you

Matina is very good at giving me ways that reframe my thinking to help get me out of my anxiety funks. Additionally she is very compassionate. Sometimes, therapists can be quite dry l and that makes it difficult to be open about the issues we deal with. I find that her compassionate manner makes me feel ok to be open and honest and not feel foolish for feeling the way I do. Overall I am feeling more equipped at handling anxieties

My lasting impression is this was the first time i've genuinely felt understood as a person. Tini struck the balance needed, she was kind, her explanations were clear, our conversations frank at times and very open. Tini is an excellent guide in what was the first experience of talking about autism with a professional.

I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.

Excellent rapport with our son, really listened to our concerns and questions, gave us extra time and spoke in detail about our issues. Showed compassion and skill.

Jo is amazing, caring, sensitive and kind. She also is extremely knowledgeable and is amazing at connecting the dots between bits of information given to her. Anyone would be lucky to be under her care.
