Dr. Singh is an incredible practitioner. He is extremely patient and kind and seems to care deeply about his patients. I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. Very thorough and understanding and would highly recomend

My consultation with Dr Farah was excellent; his deep knowledge was very evident, but he was also keen to understand my particular patient journey. I feel relieved to be under the care of Dr Farah and impressed by the urgency with which he has gone about moving my case forwards.

This was my 3rd appointment with Dr Astorri for the Evusheld injection. My experience has been fantastic! As an immunocompromised person I absolutely value the service she provides. I find her very personable and happy to explain any questions I have in a way I understand. I took my daughter with me today and she was happy to repeat in detail answers to my questions because I knew I would forget as soon as I left! I did not feel rushed or a nuisance. It is extremely important to have this relationship with your consultant, someone who puts you at your ease. I cannot recommend Dr Astorri highly enough!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable although I did not feel listened to due to brevity of appointment

Dr Mahmud was incredibly kind and caring. It was my first time at the clinic and did not know what to expect. The Dr was very considerate of my other long term diagnosis. I was happy with the outcome of my appointment.

I highly recommend this doctor. Very attentive and dedicated. Dr Pannick called me out of hours just to keep me informed about my blood test results to make sure I get the right treatment asap. She was also very helpful with decision making by providing all the info I needed.

Dr Mahto took ample time to familiarise herself with my medical history and to get to the bottom of my symptoms. Her recommended course of action was explained in great detail and made sense to me. An entirely satisfactory first consultation.
