A very knowledgeable and approachable surgeon, however it was quite disappointing that my concerns regarding the ongoing knee instability following the ACL reconstruction surgery he performed hadn’t been taken into account in a timely manner. I had to seek an opinion from another consultant, who arranged the MRI and other appropriate tests, and confirmed that the surgery wasn’t completely successful.

Mr Malik explained all benefits and risks in order for me to decide on my left hip replacement or otherwise. It is 6 weeks after the surgery, my mobility is brilliant and all arthritic pain is gone. Took care to explain procedure and talk through options and concerns

Mr Banerjee was kind, courteous and sympathetic. He listened carefully and asked relevant questions to understand how to treat my chronic symptoms. Following an MRI scan, he explained and showed me the causes for my lower back pain. As I am a keen sportsman, he suggested epidural injections rather than the option of spinal decompression/ fusion operation, so that I can continue my rock climbing and cycling activities, uninhibited Mr Banerjee performed the injection very calmly and carefully. I felt relaxed and comfortable to such an extent that my blood pressure readings remained low throughout the procedures.
