My appointment was smooth and reassuring

Overall a positive experience but I saw a spider hanging in the children section on the waiting area and also a little insect/bug on the floor. I liked that there was a section where to make a coffe while waiting and also the fish tank.

I arrived in good time, completed paperwork and was seen very close to the stated appointment time. Everyone I came across was friendly and pleasant.

Very nice hospital, good food options and all staff were professional and friendly.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

My experience at the hospital was amazing. From the staff to the food, i was very pleased with the service. The hospitality and accommodating staff made me feel like the hospital was a home away from home.

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.
